The rules
Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of this website and set out the basics of how Asaph Creations ("we", "us"), a registered business in Ghana operated by Asaph Nartey, works with clients and sells digital products. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Using this site
You may browse the site and share links to it. You may not copy, download, scrape, re-upload or redistribute the videos, images, text or code on it, frame it inside another site, or use automated tools to harvest content, except where the law gives you that right. We may change or take down any part of the site at any time.
2. Who owns what
- The design, code, written copy and the Asaph Creations name and mark are owned by Asaph Creations.
- The project films shown are the work of Asaph Nartey made for the clients named with them. They are shown as a portfolio with those clients' permission, and the rights in each film belong to the client or brand it was made for.
- Brand names and logos on this site (for example Samsung, MTN, InVideo, GH One, EIB, Starr, Kasapa, Fefefe, Frankies) are trademarks of their owners. They appear only to describe work we have actually done. Nothing on this site claims that any of them endorse or sponsor Asaph Creations.
- Play counts and likes shown on project cards are taken from Instagram on the date noted in the site's content and may differ from the live figures.
3. Project work
A message sent through this site is an enquiry, not a contract. Every project is confirmed in writing (a quote or short agreement sent by WhatsApp or email) before work starts. That document controls scope, price, deposit, timeline, number of revisions, delivery formats and how the finished work may be used. Where it and these terms differ, the project document wins.
Unless the project document says otherwise: ownership of the final deliverables passes to you once the final invoice is paid; we keep the right to show the finished work in our portfolio and on our social channels; you are responsible for having the rights to any footage, music, logos or other material you give us to use; and we may decline work that we believe is unlawful or deceptive.
4. Digital products
Digital products such as SeedForge are sold through Selar, whose checkout terms apply to the purchase itself. Your licence lets you use the product for your own personal and commercial work. You may not resell it, share it, re-upload it, or pass it off as your own. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
5. Community and events
Asaph's Creative Buddies is a Telegram group run by Asaph Nartey. Be respectful, keep posts relevant, and do not spam or share material you do not have the right to share. We may remove posts or members without notice. Telegram's own terms also apply. Talks and workshops are booked under a separate written agreement.
6. No warranty, limited liability
The site is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it accurate and available but do not promise that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or free of viruses, or that information on it is complete or current. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Asaph Creations is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, and our total liability in connection with the site is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us for the product or service concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, nothing here takes away rights you have under the laws of the place where you live.
7. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and disputes are subject to the courts of Ghana, except that consumers elsewhere may rely on mandatory protections of their home country. Questions about these terms: hello@asaphcreations.com.
